How to take print in microsoft excel or word

Excel Print  Hello friends,





In this article you will find step by step how to take printout from microsoft excel 

first Step select the area for printing

Like below

Go to Page Layout as shown below Picture 1.2


Then Print Area >> select Set Print Area as shown picture 1.3


  

 Select CTRL+P or  go to File under file you will find below 

Picture 1.4 details click on Print

You will see preview select printer and give print picture 1.5
